President and CEO of Syndicate Automotive Concepts Joe handles major financial items, capital and other business needs. A lifelong car enthusiast Joe enjoys modern factory racing cars like the GT3, SL55 and Lotus Elise for short track fun.

A native Californian but with 15 years of Wall Street experience Joe is a part time investor and full time car nut. Happy to live in San Diego and lucky to hang out at Syndicate.

Cliff, a San Diego native, is the founder of Syndicate. He has been involved in building high-end custom cars in San Diego for eighteen years. His work has been featured in a long and impressive list of magazines including CARAUDIO, Lowrider, Truckin, and many more.

He has acquired several notable degrees including Electrical Distribution, MECP, and Top Gun training. It was through Cliff’s insight and vision that the most talented and artistic group of individuals assembled under one roof to form Syndicate Automotive Concepts.

Scotti has worked in a wide range of industries and held many job positions over the past nine years including store management, customer service, and all areas of accounting, making her a valuable asset to our office team.

Over the years she has gained extensive knowledge of corporate accounting though Business Management seminars and classes as well as small business and corporate experience. Scotti has been with Syndicate since its start in business in early 2005.

Chris has spent fifteen years working with the best in the industry from Texas to California. He specializes in high-end, exotic, classic and hot rod cars. He also is trained in custom paint protection kits for vehicles. Chris can help you choose films to protect your investments while giving a subtle elegant look or a far out custom graphic display. A professional in the industry, Chris maintains the highest levels of service and workmanship.

Larry Rosa
Get it Done

Larry Rosa is a San Diego native whose love of cars has led him to work as a custom installer with Syndicate. He met up with Cliff Leeper a few years back where he was first introduced to the world of auto installs and then joined him again when he started Syndicate in 2005. When Larry isn't hard at work at Syndicate, you will most likely find him working on one of his own cars or competing in local car audio shows. Pimping out cars isn't just his job, it's his life.

David Zetina
Body Shop

As a child David helped work on cars in his dad's bodyshop in Mexico. His love of cars brought him to the United States to build cars in the customizing fields. He is experienced in fabrication of metal and fiberglass. He's built fiberglass body molds and specializes in extensive metal and bodywork. David hopes to someday be known as one of the top body men in the customizing world.

James Wright
Mobile Electronics

Born and raised in San Diego James has been building car audio systems for over fourteen years. He has extensive experience building demo vehicles for large corporations as well as high end car audio systems for an array of clientèle. For James building custom cars isn't just his job, it's his passion. James has been a valued member of the Syndicate Family since 2006.

Treymayne Lambert
Suspension Specialist

Tre has been working on cars for 20 yrs, he put his first car together at the age of thirteen. He has built CNC routing machines from the ground up and has been fabricating hydrolic and air bag systems since 1998. . He attended college for drafting comp and drafting technical math. At the age of 28 he opened Tre's custom and his work was featured in Low Rider magazine twice. He closed the shop to move on to a wider range of exposure here at Syndicate. Being such an amazing fabricator makes him a highly valued part of our team.

Kene Ovenshire
Sales Manager

A Lifelong automotive enthusiast, Kene brings to Syndicate a broad base of knowledge, a "can-do" attitude and a passion for the automotive lifestyle rivaled by few. These traits combined with his more than eighteen years of professional sales & management expertise and ten years of aftermarket automotive experience is a much valued asset to the Syndicate family.

Kene is a Southern California native and a 25 year San Diego resident. Many of his personal automotive projects have been featured cover(s) for national magazines. When not at the shop enjoying his interaction with Syndicate customers, he enjoys mountain biking & boxing.

Rachel
Office

Rachel relocated to San Diego six years ago. After completing her education she began working in customer service. Her experience makes her a pleasure to do business with. She is always eager to help and/or direct you to the correct person. Her happiness to work at Syndicate, is evident by her smiling face & helpfulness.

Nick Battaglia
Airbrush Painter

Nick started airbrushing at the age of 10 and was first published at the age of 12 in a J.T. Racing catalog. Since then he has been featured on shows like Chop Cut Rebuild and his work has been seen in Hot Bike magazine, Dub and pickuptruck.com etc. He is an experienced in the fabrication of wood, fiberglass, metal and sheet metal. Nick also does body work and paint but specializes in airbrush. He hopes to someday be known as one of the top names in automotive customization.

Randy Moran

Born and raised in San Diego he's beeen involved with cars for 7 years. Has been with the Syndicate family for 1 year. His job consist of rims and tires, car audio and accessories.
